Decent value for first timer

I signed up for IT Nation Secure as a first-time attendee and used the first-time attendee offer. It saved me a good chunk of money, which was my main concern. The cybersecurity training was pretty comprehensive, and I felt like I got my money's worth. Definitely kept an eye on my budget and this offer made it possible to attend. The vendor exhibition booths were interesting, too, gave me some ideas for new tools.

Good conference, some small issues

I attended IT Nation Connect last year and found the content, especially the business leadership workshops, quite valuable. The networking events were well-organized, too. However, booking the hotel block was a bit clunky on the website, and I wish there were more options for specific dietary needs during the included meals. Overall, it was a solid experience for professional development, but those minor points could be smoother.

Detailed breakdown of IT Nation Share

I registered for IT Nation Share for the first time this past summer, specifically for the operational excellence courses. The online registration process was straightforward, and I received my confirmation quickly. Delivery of materials was digital and immediate, as expected for an online event. The course content itself was detailed and presented well, offering actionable insights for improving my business processes. Support for a login issue was resolved within an hour via their chat, which was impressive. The interface for the virtual sessions was user-friendly, and I had no technical glitches throughout. I particularly appreciated the depth of the industry benchmarking reports they provided; it really helped frame where we stand. A well-executed virtual event, from start to finish.

Had a good time at the conference

Went to IT Nation Connect last November. It was a pretty good time. I learned some new stuff at the sales and marketing workshops, which was cool. Met a few folks, too. The food was okay, nothing fancy. The whole thing felt well put together. I didn't have any problems getting in or anything like that. Just a solid conference experience, you know?

Consistent quality, returning again

This was my third time attending an IT Nation event, this time IT Nation Evolve. Just like my previous experiences, the professional development certifications were top-notch. The content is always relevant for MSPs, and I appreciate the consistency. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they always deliver good sessions. The process for transferring my registration to a colleague last time was also fairly straightforward, which helps.

Amazing content at IT Nation!

I just attended IT Nation Secure and it was fantastic! The executive coaching sessions were incredibly insightful and the whole event was just packed with valuable information. I feel so much more confident about our cybersecurity strategy now. Seriously, if you're in the IT industry, you have to go. I'm already looking forward to next year's event!

How's IT Nation Connect compare to like, DattoCON or Kaseya Connect? Worth the price difference?

M Megan 2 months ago
IT Nation Connect is really good for networking and the business side of MSPs. If you're looking for more general IT management and growth, it's great. DattoCON felt a bit more product-specific to Datto's stuff, obviously.

I've been to both. IT Nation felt a bit broader in scope with the business tracks and executive coaching. Kaseya was more focused on their ecosystem. Depends what you're trying to get out of it, honestly.

Hey, anyone know if you can stack discount codes? I have an alumni one and my company also has a partner code for ConnectWise.

D Daisy Q. 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one. I tried it last year and it wouldn't let me. Pick the best one!

Yeah, they don't let you combine them. It's usually one code per registration for IT Nation events.

Thinking about IT Nation Connect this year. What's the deal with early bird pricing? Is it a significant saving or just a little bit off?

S Sophie W. 1 month ago
Oh yeah, it's worth it. I usually save a few hundred bucks, like 200-400 usually. Definitely get on it early if you can.

It's a solid discount. Just make sure you register before the deadline, they're pretty strict about the dates.

What's the refund policy like if something comes up and I can't go after I register? Is it a pain to get your money back?

S Sophie 1 month ago
I had to cancel once, and it was pretty straightforward. Just follow their instructions on the site, I think it was a form or an email.

They have a policy for refunds, but I heard there might be a cutoff date. You can also transfer your pass to someone else if you can't make it, which is pretty handy.
